Booking appointments:
To assure a greater availability, please schedule your appointment a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Credit card information is required over the phone at the time of booking.
Be on time:
IF YOU ARE LATE, that time will be deducted from your appointment. You will be charged the full price. Give yourself enough time to find us, go to the washroom, change and complete a medical history form.
24 Hours Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a notice of 24 hours is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise a fee of $50 applies. If you had a gift certificate, it will be voided. "No Shows" will be charged the full treatment price.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are valid for 6 months and must be redeemed BEFORE THE EXPIRING DATE. Expired ones will not be honoured. Gift certificates are not refundable, exchangeable nor transferable.
Your comfort matters:
Please be totally comfortable during your treatment. If we can enhance your spa experience, please feel at ease to let us know during your appointment.
Clothing during Shiatsu Therapy:
Clients remain fully clothed during Shiatsu. Bring comfortable clothing such as track pants and T-shirt.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the price of your treatments. It is a personal matter and usually should reflect your satisfaction level. 15% is customary.
